This week I am going to based my reflection on the activity I did with the students of the 1st year of high school: the game “Find someone who…” . At the beginning I thought maybe it wouldn’t be possible to do this game with the students because they wouldn’t take it seriously, so I wasn’t sure, but once I explained the rules and what they had to do, I noticed they were very excited and that they wanted to participate. So in that moment I knew that it wasn’t so bad having planned that game as an activity for practicing and studying for their test that was programmed for the next class (the next day). In this game in which they worked in big groups because the class was divided into 3 groups, they worked very well. The instructions were that using the words that I gave them and the tenses I gave them they must create questions and then ask those questions to their classmates, after that they must write the answers. They worked as a team; the three groups were trying to create the questions correctly and also the answers. So, all of them participated on this activity that for me and for them was a success. This activity was very enriching for me since I felt the students really leant with it.
